Just by luck I found styleourhome, I rung up and explained the situation and from the first call they tried to help me. Harp, was unbelievably helpful and tried to talk me through building my table. She even contacted the manufacturer, it was a Saturday and they weren’t open but as promised on Monday I was sent the instructions to make sure that the built table was put together correctly. "I've been really impressed by the speed and quality of service from Style Our Home. I'd been searching for the perfect drawer unit to fit into our spare room/new nursery and to be honest stumbled across your website. I'd actually found the same drawer unit on well known retailer but it was more expensive. Despite needing the unit relatively quickly (imminent baby arrival) I weighed up the options of going with an unknown co (you guys) or well known and decided on you on price alone - not expecting above and beyond. In a matter of days I got the phone call to arrange the delivery in a week (I expected the longer 2 week delivery at the very least) and a delivery on Sunday with a reasonable time slot between 9 and 12 (usually its all day!). On the day again I didn't over expect but I was proved wrong again as the order arrived in the early part of the time slot 9.30 and the delivery guys were great and delivered it up to the room already assembled! All in all the service over the phone and in person have all been really efficient and helpful and way beyond what I expected from a web company that I just happened to come by. I've never written a review before but felt compelled to do so today as I've been really impressed. Thanks again, the drawer unit looks great by the way!"
