The Barkley sideboard by Richmond interiors offers an ultra-contemporary approach to mid-century and 1960's design styles. Offering charm and nostalgia through rich, ribbed oak, the addition of a brushed gold metal frame and faux marble top elicit charisma and an air of refinement. The juxtaposition of hihg-quality materials and avant-garde aesthetic collude to create a contemporary luxe look that subtly nods to vintage design styles.
To maintain the beauty and preserve the longevity of the faux marble, do not use abrasive cleaners or rub spilled liquids. Any spillages should be cleaned by dabbing with clean kitchen paper or an absorbent cloth. The use of silicone-based cleaning products is not recommended, nor is the use of solvent based stain removers, or bleach-based detergents. Stains can be removed with water and natural soap.
Emperador marble is porous. A protective wax is supplied with each product (this can also be purchased separately) and it is recommended that Emperador marble pieces are protected with a layer of this wax.
It is recommended that coasters and heat-resistant mats are used prior to placing glassware or serve ware on the marble.
